1.Our returns/exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange.
2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
·Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
·Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
5.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it then send your item to Nilesh Super Market (P) Ltd, Chandak Circle, Nashik-422002, MH.
6.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
7.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
9.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
10. It is a must to keep all sorts of Dry Fruits in the refrigerator. Other products too last longer if refrigerated.
11. All the items are thoroughly cleaned, still it is your responsibility to reclean it before use.
12. Plastic bags reduce the shelf life of the goods. Hence it is advisable to remove all the goods from the plastic bags as soon as possible.
13. Our shipping is done using courier services. It may take up to 2-3 working days for goods to be delivered.
